Before we start, I would like to welcome you to our blog! You will find all kinds of informative and educational information on the services we offer and why we offer them!
I want to introduce myself, as I am the owner of Thorowash LLC. I'm Curtis. I am married to my lovely wife, and we have been married for 14 years this coming March. She runs the business right along with me! We have four beautiful children, all of which are currently homeschooled. I am a firefighter with a local fire company in my free time, and this year, my role is Luitenant. I am also involved with my children's football league and am currently the Vice President. I enjoy being able to help serve my community in multiple ways. I have been a firefighter since I was 14 years old.
Thorowash LLC started in 2008; the original name was CurAlex Hood & Duct Cleaning. At this time, we had just had our first son. His name is Alex, and I thought it was a fantastic idea to combine our names for the business's name. We started out cleaning restaurant hoods (done with power washers). A few years later, we changed our name to Thorosafe. We expanded into fire suppression systems. Fire suppression systems are the systems in restaurants hoods in case of fires. I have been in that field since 2003 and loved every aspect of it, so it was a no-brainer to add that to the list of services we provided. Fast forward a couple of years, we wanted to get into other aspects of power washing, so we again changed the name to what you see now, Thorowash LLC. We still clean restaurant hoods and service fire suppression systems, but our passion is residential and commercial power washing. We enjoy bringing satisfaction to our customers and helping their home look like it did when they built/or bought it!
